Stages of the form filling:

1. At first, save the primary data form FR0512 (or download it from vmi.lt website) to your computer.
2. Save the file “teisingas2 %siuntimams” on desktop
3. Open FR0512
4. Press LOAD DATA in File menu and load the file “teisingas2 %siuntimams“ from the directory you have saved it
5. Fill in the upper boxes with your data and save
6. Enter e-declaration system via your e-bank webpage
7. Press “persiųsti paruoštą failą”
8. Attach the filled form and send it
