Reikia draugų – 2010
The charity fund “Mamų unija” with the help of a lot of wonderful friends and partners continues the project “We need friends!” (“Reikia draugų”), in 2010. The project will run from October 15 to December 31 in 2010 Maxima shops across Lithuania.
As last year, children painted their dreams, which were made into beautiful post cards. These cards you can buy in the biggest Maxima shopping centres in Vilnius, Kaunas, Klaipėda and Šiauliai. You can find them in special dispensers near the cash registers. Be sure you don’t miss these dispensers decorated with ladybirds and personalized with the photos of the children, who made the cards.
Last year the idea of this project began in the hospital wards and touched our society and biggest Lithuanian companies. “Švyturys- Utenos alus”, “Malsena”, “Amber Pasta”, “Rokiškio pienas”, “Suslavičius – Felix”, “Vilniaus duona”, “ Krekenavos mėsa”, and “Naujasis Nevėžis” enthusiastically replied to the invitation to become the friends of the project and are donating part of the profits from their products sold during the project time. You will not have to pay anything additional. Just by buying the specific products, marked with the special project signs, you are already supporting the fund and helping the children. All the money will go to the treatment of the children fighting cancer. We can only be happy that even in the hard economical times there are so many ready to help.
During the whole period of the project our information partners (LNK, “Respublika”, ACM, Radiocentras, Delfi, BLOG’as and Maxima shops) will be transmitting the commercial ads prepared by one of our old and sincere friends – advertising agency VRS. If you want to join the project and help the little patients, come to your local Maxima shop and buy a specially marked products or the cards made by the children.
We invite Governmental institutions, Parliament and Ministries, banks, international and Lithuanian companies to purchase the Christmas cards made by children and this way join the wonderful group of FRIENDS. As Christmas is getting closer we can all be a part of the biggest children’s dream – the wish to get healthy and enjoy life…
